The Rotary Club of Dublin, chartered in 1971 and is comprised of men and women who represent a wide cross-section of local businesses and professions. The Club meets each Tuesday from noon to 1:30 pm at the Dublin Library Community Room located at 200 Civic Plaza, Dublin, CA. 94568, During each meeting we discuss many informative programs of local and global importance as well as other specific Rotarian agendas. The Club is part of Rotary District 5170 which encompasses the East and South Bay and is comprised of almost 4,000 Rotarians.

In recognition of his military service, the Mexican government in 1835 granted Jose Maria Amador 16,500 acres in what became known as the Amador Valley. Fifteen years later, in 1850, Irish settlers bought land from Amador and founded the town of Dublin. Today, Dublin is a vibrant community that has the second fastest population growth in California
